Consultations

Please obtain a referral from your GP or specialist and call 0404 770 511 to book an appointment at any of the consulting rooms.

You may be asked to undergo investigations prior to your initial consultation to streamline your care.

Please bring your medicare card, current medication, any relevant previous investigations and medical letters where available. Relatives or friends are welcome to accompany you to your appointment and correspondence is transmitted promptly to your general practitioner and other health professionals and specialists involved in your care.

There is an out-of-pocket charge for consultations which varies depending on the duration and type of appointment. Some patients may be eligible for concession rates. Please direct enquiries regarding fees to Dr Ikponmwosa’s rooms.

Procedures

For privately insured patients, most in-hospital procedures do not incur an out of pocket cost for the surgical component, however other fees may apply. All details are explained before the procedure to ensure you are fully informed.
